My SIM hasn’t arrived yet — what should I do?
SIMs usually arrive within 2–4 working days. If it’s been more than 5 working days, contact us and we’ll send a free replacement.
Will replacement SIMs be tracked?
Your first replacement is free. If further replacements are needed, we may use tracked delivery to ensure safe arrival.
Replacement SIM Policy
We understand that mail can occasionally go missing. Our policy is designed to be fair while keeping costs low for everyone.
- First replacement SIM: Free of charge
- Second replacement SIM: May be sent via tracked delivery or incur a small delivery charge
This helps us prevent delays and ensure SIMs arrive safely.
